Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change and we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If the prices of any piece(s) you enquire about are different at the time of your enquiry from what appears on our website, we will inform you as soon as practicable.
Almost all of our pieces are made to customer order and so we are able to offer various bespoke or custom options, such as colour or finish. Such custom options will usually entail some additional cost. We do our best to keep these costs down and we will always inform you as soon as these can be ascertained.
We typically estimate delivery to be somewhere in the region of 6 weeks, however delivery times do vary. When making an enquiry, one of our team will provide a firm estimate for delivery and will keep you up-to-date as your order progresses. In some instances, particular pieces may be kept in stock, in which case we may be able to offer speedier delivery.
Delivery cost is not included in any of our prices. Delivery charges are subject to the order, order value and delivery destination and we will provide you with an accurate quotation/cost for delivery to a chosen destination upon request. For deliveries abroad the customer will be responsible for all import duties and any taxes due at the destination country. We will not be held liable for any goods held or refused at customs. If there is any discrepancy between the shipping destination paid for and the desired destination, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any monies paid back to your account.
If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods you can contact us here.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Goods are genuinely faulty or were delivered damaged
- Goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery and
- Goods are returned in the original packaging
All custom pieces (including non standard finish and/or colour options) cannot be returned unless genuinely faulty or delivered damaged.
We cannot refund return costs—all return costs are at your expense.
We do not offer exchanges on goods.
